The Valley is a 21 lot Rural Residential subdivision situated on the southern outskirts of the picturesque Nannup Townsite.
Halsall & Associates were engaged by the owners to seek rezoning and subdivision approval whilst maximising rural residential opportunities.

St Allards Resort is situated within an attractive vegetated valley approximately 5km north-east of the Margaret River townsite.
The Resort was originally approved for a small-scale chalet development however, the landowner sought to expand the zoning and use of the property.
